(Brooklyn, NY)  --  On the heels of the NYPD being accused in a deadly chokehold case, a pregnant Brooklyn woman now claims she was placed in an illegal chokehold, too.  Rosan Miller says a cop grabbed her around the neck Saturday while busting her for grilling in front of her home.

Miller is seven-months pregnant.  The incident occurred after a fight broke out that ended with the 27-year-old woman, her husband and brother all being arrested.  Like the Staten Island case, in which Eric Garner died while in an apparent police chokehold, this incident was also captured on cell phone video and has drawn outcries by community activists.

Community activist Charles Barron says the police officer went too far.
