Eric Trump Says he was Spat on By Chicago Cocktail Lounge Employee

An employee at a Chicago cocktail lounge was taken into custody by the United States Secret Service Tuesday after she allegedly spit on President Donald Trump's son, Eric Trump.

In an interview with Brietbart, Trump said he believed the incident was "purely a disgusting act by somebody who clearly has emotional problems."

The incident allegedly took place at Aviary, an upscale Chicago cocktail lounge. Eric and a group of friends had reportedly gone to the bar when the young employee walked up to Trump and spit in his face. Witnesses told Secret Service agents that it sounded like the woman had said something anti-Trump.

According to a tweet from Chicago Police Department spokesman, Anthony Guglielmi, CPD was "on scene and assisting the United States Secret Service with a law enforcement matter."

Guglielmi referred all further questions about the incident to the Secret Service.

According to the Breitbart report, Eric Trump is not planning to press charges against the employee. She was later released from police custody, with no charges filed against her.
