Sesame Place Employee Attacked After Asking A Visitor To Wear A Mask

A 17-year-old Sesame Place employee was attacked and seriously injured on Sunday by a visitor whom he had asked to simply wear a mask.

Sesame Place, a "Sesame Street" theme park in Pennsylvania, requires all visitors over the age of 2 to wear masks.

Seems the employee reminded a man and woman that they needed to wear masks inside the park. When the couple saw the employee again, police say they both struck him in the face, knocking him to the ground.

Security guards chased the pair but they got away. Police were able to get their license plate number, and are investigating the attack.

The employee had to have jaw surgery.
