Machine Gun Kelly is nursing a serious back injury after somersaulting off a roof into a crowd during an after-party following his June 6th show in Hartford, Connecticut.

Machine Gun Kelly got really sick when he got his massive blackout tattoo a few years ago.  His lymph nodes were hit, his skin turned yellow, and he wasn't able to move certain parts of his upper body.
